I am 14 and want to get into computer engineering, programming, and animation. How can I learn more?
Here's a good set o beginner videos for learning programming. These should get you set up and programming quickly:

Reply:Choosing a language is the first hard decision. After you decide what you want to program in (C++, python, basic,vb,c#, java, etc.), you can find tutorials all over the net.

I program mostly in vb and a bit of c#. I learned mostly by thinking of little project that I wanted to make and went to planet source code to get code that helped. I would learn by fallowing the code that I downloaded.
Reply:library, check out books on programming.

they will come with cd's that let you write your own code and run it.

it takes a long time before you can do things you probalby are thinking you want to do. but keep going and if you start now you will be really good later.
Reply:Start learning programming languages. Start with html, then Javascript, then move up to Java. You need loads of practice. :)

If you're interested in animation, get Flash and play around with it.
Reply:Just be resourceful. You can have anything you want to study everywhere (books, Internet, etc), just look around and be guided.

I also love programming. Continue that eagerness...
